Folding
A printed sheet is folded once, twice or three times along the grain so its pages fall into reading order. The folds are set with a bone folder; a true first fold decides whether the book will square.
A demonstration: the craft terms are real, the site is invented. Built by plinth from EDN and Markdown; every page is complete without scripts.
